Who we are

Bredabest is a full-service processing company specializing in high quality peanut- and nut-based products. We believe in the healthy power of nuts and peanuts and the place they have in any healthy diet.

We have full control of our supply-chain and can guarantee the best quality from farm to table.

From our early beginnings in trading to the state-of-the-art processing we deliver today, the main focus has always been the high quality of our sourcing and our semi-finished and finished products.

How it all began

Bredabest has over 20 years of experience in trading, processing and producing products for customers around the world. Here is where we started.

Importer of edible nuts & fruits

We mainly imported edible nuts and dried fruits which we supplied to importers, wholesalers and food processors.

Dedicated warehouses

Since 2006 we only work with our own dedicated warehouses

Processing

In 2008 we started our own Peanut Processing plant

2012

Bredabest takes over GFI

In 2012 we took over Graaf Food Ingredients, a well known name in food ingredients.

Retail Division

in 2014 we started our Retail Division. Focussing on the highest level of food safety and eliminating any risks of contamination

Expansion of factory and warehouses

New major construction project started in 2018 consisting of new glass filling lines and a large warehouse. Together with a test kitchen and cafetaria.

Ready for years to come

In 2019 all major construction and renovation finished. Making Bredabest ready to keep offering the best quality and service to its customers for years to come.

Further expansion of factory and warehouses at our Giessen location

New major construction project started in 2021 resulting in a major expansion of our warehousing capacity in Giessen. Furthermore a new production line is being built to increase our volume for retail packaging.
